Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the way Cinta Collections deals with online sales, warranty claims for faulty goods and returns.

Please read this document prior to purchase and only purchase if you are in agreement with these Terms & Conditions.

Online Return Policy

At Cinta Collections we take pride in great customer service, it is very important to us that our customers are satisfied with the fit and quality of garments & accessories we sell.

All stock is inspected for faults and quality before shipping, we understand that at times the item may not fit like you wanted and therefore need to exchange. Keep in mind we do not offer refunds just because you changed your mind.

For goods to be returned contact us by email at cintacollections.aus@gmail.com to let us know you’re not happy with the item/s.

Post back with the returns form within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and swing tags attached.

We will exchange for new item or credit voucher.

Please keep in mind, our stock moves quickly, we can’t always guarantee that particular item will still be available.

Returns which cannot be sent back;

  • Items returned outside the 14 day period
  • Worn or damaged items (including makeup/perfume/tan)
  • Items with tags removed
  • Sale items
  • Jewellery

Cancellation of Orders

If for any reason Cinta Collections is unable to supply goods that were either purchased through the online store, or may form part of a replacement for any type of return of goods accepted by the company, then Cinta Collections reserves the right to cancel the order.

If an order is cancelled, the customer will be contacted immediately and an alternative product offered, or a refund, or store credit.

Privacy Policy

Cinta Collections respects your privacy and as such we do not divulge any information retained in our customer database to any 3rd party. Information retained in our database will only be used internally within our company and then only for the direct benefit of the customer which may include marketing newsletters and promotional information. Should you not wish to receive correspondence from us you are welcome to unsubscribe from our list at any time.

Shipping within Australia

We offer Express Postage via Australia Post for each order, cost for this is $15- per order.

All of our shipping has a tracking number and we will email this detail to you once the item is posted.

We endeavour to have orders mailed within 24 hours during the working week, orders placed over the weekend will be posted on Monday.
